You can register for FREE with a referral, if you are over 18 years of age with a valid mail ID and Mobile number.

One person can have only one registration in his name.

Instantly on registration you will receive a massage on your mobile which will be your ID and password. By using your ID and password you can logon to www.Nucartloyalty.com to manage your accounts.You can also view Shopping rewards, view and edit your personal details and you will also have access to online shopping and refer a friend.

Nucart has a unique Loyalty Reward Program which is universally accepted phenomena. Whatever purchase you make through Nucart portal or our partner portal you are rewarded certain Loyalty Points which will enable you to redeem this reward points for all your future transactions like shopping, travelling, refueling, mobile recharge, bill payments, eating out, movies etc…

Shopping Miles(SM) are the loyalty reward points offered by Nucart, for the purchase of products and services of Nucart portal and our partner portal.

On accumulating 5000 shopping Miles the same will be automatically converted into your Redeem Wallet. You can redeem the same for further Purchase of Product/Service from Nucart.

There are two types of Wallets, Nucart wallet and Redeem wallet
1. Nucart wallet
Nucart wallet is a wallet, wherein all the referral and affiliates program incentives will be credited into Nucart wallet the same can be utilized either to purchase product and services of Nucart or you can make withdrawal if you wish to.
2. Redeem wallet
The shopping miles available in the redeem wallet can be utilized for the purchase product services of Nucart as and when you have 5000 SM in your wallet.
3.Payments What are the different modes of payment available?

For all EMI payments, first the full order value on the credit card gets charged. Later gets converted into EMIs (by the bank) and excess amount goes back to the card. This process usually takes 5-7 workings days.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system which is levied, based on consumption, by state governments. VAT will have to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product.

Following rules will govern whether or not an additional VAT will be applicable on the products purchased by you:
1. VAT applicability: For a product, if the total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then VAT maybe collected from customer. This includes discounts resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.

2. VAT amount: If applicable, the amount of VAT collected from customer depends on category.

3. Apparel/Clothing: Max 5% of net payable will be collected from the customer. The balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by Nucart 4. Footwear: Max 14.5% of net payable will be collected from the customer.

5. Home Furnishing: Min. 5% - Max. 14.5% of net payable will be collected from the customer.

6. Accessories: Max 12.5% of net payable .

7. Other Categories: Customer doesn't need to pay any VAT.

Yes. If you return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation.

You can change your address any time before your item is shipped from My Orders. Once we ship it the address can't be changed. You can also check the status of your order by clicking "Track Order" below.

Currently, this option is not available for all Nucart purchases.

The information in My Orders is accurate and up to date. We will send you an email and SMS whenever there is any update on your order.

We use a network of trustworthy partners based on their speed to pick your item from the seller and deliver it to you.

Shipping and delivery charges may apply depending on the item you purchase, the price and your location. You can find these charges on the item's information page.

If you feel that your package was opened or tampered with, please don't accept delivery. Please cancel the order in My Orders. We will confirm your cancellation request.

Don't worry! we'll call you to check when you are available to accept the delivery. Our courier will also try to attempt to deliver your order over next 2 days. In case you're unable to respond to our calls, you can submit your delivery preference on My Orders.

Click on "Return/Replace" below and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive your original item we will initiate replacement in 2 days. We will send you an email/SMS with the replacement details and delivery dates.

Yes, we will pick your product. In case we are unable to pick up, you can courier it to us and we will immediately reimburse it to your Bank or Nucart wallet. All you need to do is provide the airway bill/courier receipt

Click “Cancel Order" below. Choose the relevant order, select the reason and submit to initiate cancellation.

If you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if Nucart cancels your order, we will refund your money back.

If you already paid for your order, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment. Payment made through Nucart wallet would get refunded in Nucart wallet Account. You can also check the status of your refund by clicking "Track Refund" below.

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before delivery. Go to My Orders and click on “Cancel” next to the relevant item.
